Discretion is at the heart of everything we do. This privacy policy explains which personal data Mister President processes, why we do so, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We only process data that you provide to us yourself, through the forms on our website, by e-mail, phone or messaging service:
Contact form: first name, e-mail address and the content of your message.
Booking request and matchmaking: name, e-mail address, contact details (such as phone number), your preferred companion, desired date and type of date, location and your wishes and personal message.
Application: first name and surname, phone number, e-mail address, nationality, origin, residence status, languages, any experience, your personal message and the photos you send us by e-mail.
Technical data: when you visit the website, technically necessary data such as your IP address are processed by our hosting provider for security and for the website to function.
Some of the data you provide, particularly in an application or in your wishes, may be sensitive in nature or relate to your sex life. We process such special categories of personal data only because you explicitly provide them to us yourself, and only for the purpose for which you share them.
To answer your question or message (legitimate interest).
To handle your booking request, select a suitable companion and prepare and carry out the appointment (performance of a contract and the steps leading to it).
To assess your application and contact you (pre-contractual steps and your explicit consent for special categories of data).
To send automatic confirmation e-mails (performance of your request).
To comply with legal obligations, such as the statutory retention obligation for our accounts.
To secure the website and keep it working properly (legitimate interest).
Contact messages: up to 12 months after the last correspondence.
Booking requests that do not lead to an appointment: up to 6 months.
Data of completed bookings: as long as needed for the appointment; financial records are kept for 7 years due to the statutory retention obligation.
Applications and photos: deleted no later than 4 weeks after the procedure ends, unless you consent to us keeping them for up to 1 year.
We never sell your data and do not share it for marketing purposes. We only share data when necessary:
with the companion of a confirmed booking, only the data needed for the appointment;
with service providers that help us run the website and e-mail, such as our hosting and e-mail provider, under appropriate agreements;
when we are legally required to do so.
Your data is stored within the European Economic Area or in countries with an adequate level of protection.
Our website only uses functional cookies that are necessary for the website to work and be secure, such as remembering your language choice. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking cookies. Should we start using them in the future, we will ask for your consent in advance and update this policy.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including a secure connection (SSL), restricted access to data and strict confidentiality within our team.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing, to object and to data portability. If you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Send your request to info@misterpresident.club; we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Our services are intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly process data of minors.
