Private Introduction & Concierge Office

Charter & Terms of Engagement

1. Institutional Mandate

Mister President operates as a private, discretionary introduction and concierge office.

The Office facilitates introductions between approved Members and independent Companions and, where expressly requested, coordinates ancillary concierge arrangements, including without limitation travel planning, transportation coordination, accommodation reservations, hospitality bookings, and related logistical support.

All services are rendered strictly in an administrative and facilitative capacity.

Mister President does not provide companionship services directly, does not participate in private engagements, and exercises no operational control over their content, duration, or outcome.

Access to the Office’s services is discretionary and may be declined, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.

2. Definitions

Office: Mister President
Member: an individual approved to access the Office’s services
Companion: an independent professional introduced by the Office
Engagement: a private meeting facilitated through the Office
Concierge Services: ancillary administrative coordination services

3. Admission & Eligibility

1. Services are available exclusively to individuals of full legal capacity (18+).

2. Admission is subject to internal approval.

3. Members undertake to act with discretion, integrity, and in compliance with applicable law.

4. The Office reserves the right to refuse or terminate access without obligation to provide reasons.

4. Independent Professional Status & Non-Circumvention

1. Companions operate as fully independent professionals acting for their own account and risk.

2. No employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship exists between the Office and any Companion.

3. Companions retain full discretion to accept or decline any introduction.

4. Members shall not directly or indirectly circumvent the Office by engaging a Companion outside its framework following an introduction.

5. Any attempt to bypass the Office constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5. Scope of Services

1. The mandate of the Office is limited to:

   • facilitating introductions;

   • coordinating agreed Concierge Services in an administrative capacity.

2. The Office shall not be deemed:

   • a provider of companionship services;

   • a travel organiser, transport operator, or hospitality provider;

   • responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.

3. Third-party services are governed by their respective terms and conditions.

6. Confirmation of Engagement

1. An Engagement becomes binding only upon explicit confirmation by the Office.

2. Members warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. The Office reserves the right to decline any request at its discretion.

7. Fees & Financial Conditions

1. Applicable fees shall be communicated prior to confirmation.

2. Payment shall be made in accordance with agreed terms.

3. In case of cancellation by the Member:

   • within 24 hours prior: 50% remains due;

   • within 6 hours prior or in case of non-attendance: 100% remains due.

4. Engagements constitute a best-efforts obligation. Subjective dissatisfaction does not give rise to reimbursement.

8. Standards of Conduct, Discretion & Privacy Protection

1. All interactions shall remain within the boundaries of applicable Dutch law.

2. Companions operate independently and all engagements are voluntary in nature.

3. The following conduct constitutes a material breach and may result in immediate termination without refund and permanent exclusion:

   • coercion, intimidation, or aggressive behaviour;

   • requests for unlawful acts;

   • involvement of minors in any capacity;

   • conduct that may reasonably compromise the safety, legality, or integrity of the Engagement;

   • conduct exposing any party to material legal, personal, or reputational risk.

4. The Companion retains the unilateral right to withdraw from an Engagement where safety or integrity is compromised.

5. The Member is responsible for ensuring that any agreed venue is lawful, secure, and appropriate.

6. The creation, storage, transmission, or retention of any visual, audio, or digital material relating to an Engagement is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorised in advance through prior written consent.

   Implied consent, verbal approval, post-factum authorisation, or passive awareness shall not constitute valid permission under any circumstances.

7. Members are strictly prohibited from seeking, inferring, or attempting to verify personal identifying information beyond the professional alias provided. This includes legal name, residential address, educational background, family details, identification documents, or identity tracing.

8. Disclosure of any information capable of identifying a Companion or Member may give rise to injunctive relief and civil liability.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch law. Information is used solely for contractual administration and compliance purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, the Office excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity, or reputational harm.

Liability shall in any event be limited to the invoiced amount relating to the relevant Engagement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted under mandatory law.

11. Contractual Penalty for Privacy Breach

Any breach of the confidentiality, anonymity, recording, or identity protection provisions set out in Section 8 shall constitute a material breach of these Terms.

In the event of such breach, the Member shall, without prior notice of default being required, forfeit an immediately due and payable contractual penalty of no less than EUR 50,000 (fifty thousand euros) per violation.

This penalty is without prejudice to the Office’s right to claim full compensation for actual damages exceeding the penalty amount and to seek injunctive or other equitable relief.

The parties acknowledge that this penalty constitutes a reasonable and proportionate pre-estimate of reputational and privacy-related harm.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any Engagement facilitated by the Office shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of the Netherlands.

The parties expressly waive the right to initiate proceedings in any other jurisdiction to the extent legally permissible.
